passport stamp question

passport stamp question, help please

I am going to go to Newark for passport stamping tomorrow.
I only have the courtesy copy of 485 approval notice, the original
one has been sent to my lawyer. Do they accept courtesy copy or
I have to show the original one?
And also my passport is valid through May, could this be any problem?
