Passport Stamp In Va

Does any one know what time would be good to take appointment in VA?
Since morning its showing message like
"At this time, there are no information appointments available for the office in your area. Please try back again later."
What are the documents we need to bring at time of passport stamped of my son (AGe 8 year)?

You will have to keep trying, especially in odd timings. Late in the night or early in the morning. But one member once posted a thread here saying USCIS usually releases appointments in the evening just after 6pm. So, if you hit the website at 6pm, you may get appointment. I tried the same and got the appointment few months back.
