Here is my PP stamp experience in Philadelphia.

1. When to arrive?
I arrive arround 8:30, this worst time of the day. I suggest before 7:45 or after 11:00. It closes before lunch ON THURSDAYS.

2. Where to park?
Parking lot one block away, $9. There are many meters also, but you need to go in and out through heavy security to feed the meter.

3. What to bring?
Extra cloth and an umbrela. I stayed in line out side of the building for more than an hour.

4. Which line should I stay?
There are two lines. One for Appointment only. You are supposed to stay in the other (longer) line for info and forms. They are always "smart people" cut in line or stay in the short line and argue with guard. But after two three years of waiting, can we please wait one more hour? You represent you country. People can tell.

5. Need pictures?
Plenty of trucks at the corner. For two pictures they ask for $10 but you can settle between $3-5.

6. Be prepared and organized.
I finished my stamp within 5 minutes, while some spent more than 20.

7. Check what you get.
My A# was wrong on the passport! Faint!!!

8. What else?
Eat before entering the building. It is a five-hour wait.

Good luck!
