My case was approved on May 18, 2004. And I got my passport stamped on May 25,2004. My wifes case was approved on May 25,2004 and she got her stamp a few days later. (I was the primary on the case).
My wife recieved her Plastic card about 2 weeks after her stamping. It has almost been 1 year for mine and no sign of the plastic card.
I have called the 1-800-375-5283. Three separate times.And after a couple of weeks recieved letter in the mail stating that my case had already been approved each time. I have visited the Immigration offices in San Antonio twice. First time was told to wait until my stamp was within 90 days of expiration and the second time was told to wait until it was 30 days of expiration (which is now coming close). Officer checked my case and told me I had to wait that sometimes it takes a long time.
The last time I was there I was told that I would get an extension stamp on my passport for another year. I'm worried that I will have to this every year.
Any recommendations as to what I can do?
