Hi could anyone please tell me the exact number of passport size photos my wife and i need to take...i am filing for i-130/i-131/i-485/i-765 and i-864 and form G325A...the forms say that i need 2 pics each for i-130 and 1-485 and one of us together...my lawyer said i need 7 photos each for me and my wife..could anyone clarify..please

Regards
Rajesh

1-130 - one each
i-131 - 2 of the applicant
I-485 - 2 of the applicant
I-765 - 2 of the applicant

If you are the applicant and applying for change of status, then you need 7 and the sponsor i.e your spouse needs only 1 photo which goes with I-130.

Thanks...thats what i figured from the forms...is it true that the size is 3/4 frontal 2x2inches for i-130,131 and 485 and 3/4 frontal 1.5x1.5 inches for 1-765. Any places cheap to get these done..walmart doesnt do it and mailboxes etc charges like $12.50 for2 pics....i dont mean to be frugal when ive spent enough on lawyer fees and doc fees but any place one can do it for less...pl advise....

You need very simple and straight forward passport size photo. Go to CVS you can get 16 photos in one page ( 8 yours + 8 your spouce in one page), cost only $7.99 for one page 16 passport size photos. My wife and I did from cvs and it works. If they said they cannot put 2 person photos in one page, just tell them to call other CVS how to put 2 person's photos in one page. They are very helpful. If the resolution is not ok, they will give you another page and you don't need to extra pay for that. But you have to cut yourself. Use your cutter and cut from the edge of the each photo. You don't need to put extra border for each photo. Don't worry about the photo. It's very simple. I think it helps.
