Passport Renewal

I have got to renew my passport by July 2003. I have a valid H1 till the end of January 2004 and I also have applied for my 485 and have received my EAD and AP.

I plan to go to Chicago and get the passport renewed.

Questions:
1) Would I be still holding my old passport? Do they give the old and the new/renewed passport ?
2) If not, would i have to revalidate the visa on the renewed passport?
3) Any implications on my 485/EAD/AP. Applied for 485 in Dec 2002.
4) What are the supporting documents needed for the passport renewal.

Yes, they'll give both old & New passports attached.

No

You should be able to look for them in your application for renewal as they differ from country to country.
