while the B1/B2 visa is valid for another 9 yrs. The extension is applied for in India, and it has been noted on the passport itself. Is it okay for my brother to travel to US for about 20 days for a conference, the return ticket will indicate that he is returning before the passport expires. Is there any substantial risk associated with the same ? I remember the six month validity is required for getting a visa or it holds for travel too ?
