My I-485 was approved on March 2001. My wife and I got our passports stamped on March 20, 2001 at San Jose.
I received my plastic card in May 2001 but my wife still hasn\'t received hers.
1. Does she need to have her passport re-stamped in March 2002?
2. What documents would she require?
3. Does she need to be in the (long) line outside INS San Jose or can she get an appointment?
4. How can I check on the status or her plastic card? (AVM still says "Case approved on ..."
