Passport question

I am planning to apply for passport (expedited service) and have a couple of questions:
1. To what address should I mail the application form?
2. If we apply expedited with overnight delivery - can we apply on a Saturday? So docs reach on Sunday or Monday?

Thanks a lot

You need to Apply in a Post Office or a Regional Processing center. They will know the address.

I've applied at a post office on Saturday with express mail both ways and it reached Philadelphia on Tuesday

As mpanati says, you don't mail it, the post office does. For that matter, you don't even sign it until you get to the post office.

If you go to http://www.usps.com, you can find the address of a post office that accepts passport applications near you and what their hours are (most take passports during only part of the day).

Copying the certificate of naturalization

On the Naturalization Certificate, it says it is illegal to copy, print or photograph the naturalization certificate and you are supposed to send the original for the passport, I do not know what the USCIS was thinking when placing such a restriction on such an important document. I can understand if it said it is illegal to copy for illegal and creating fake certificates but...

Please see my post in timeline in dallas. I have posted a link which says it is legal for you to copy the Nat. cert. I think the web site's address is something like newcitizen.us or newcitizens.us. Or you can do a search of all my posts. I don't remember it now. It also tells you what to do after becoming a citizen.

Thanks
