Passport issues!!!

I have an indefinite Leave to Remain here in the UK... Now my passport and my LTR are in my maiden name... I have sent my passport off to have it changed to my married name...

Does anyone know if they will change my LTR also, or will it stay in my maiden name and if so, will it cause problems?

Will they issue you a new passport, or just annotate it that your name was changed? Regardless, if you do apply for a new passport you will get the old one back. Just keep the two together and you'll be fine. Or, keep your marriage certificate or other paperwork showing your legal change of name with you, and you'll be A-ok. But why not just ask them to change the name on your LTR document?
