Passport & H4 VISA

Hi,

We got new Passport for my son because his old passport will expire next month. We have H4 VISA valid till next year(2004).

My QUESTION is we need to get again H4 VISA stamp on New Passport ? Or Old passport H4 VISA Stamp is OK.

My Son have Indian Citizen Passport.

When we travel, we need to keep both (OLD & NEW) Passport together.

Please Advice me.

The visa in your old passport continues to be valid until it's expiration. You need to carry both old and new passports when travelling.
