Passport for kids without Certificate of Citizenship

How to apply for kids without "Certificate of Citizenship"? We are naturalized citizens and kids have green card. I do not see green card + parents Naturalization Certificate in the list of Primary or Secondary Evidence of U.S. Citizenship.
 
The requirements are spelled out in greater detail in the DS-11 instructions:

b. APPLICANTS BORN OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES: Submit a previous U.S. passport, Certificate of Naturalization, Certificate of Citizenship, Report of Birth
Abroad, or evidence described below.
1) If You Claim Citizenship Through Naturalization Of Parent(s): Submit the Certificate(s) of Naturalization of your parent(s), your foreign birth certificate,
and proof of your admission to the United States for permanent residence.

Proof of admission for permanent residence being the child's green card.
