Passport for family

1) Can we apply for US passport for the kids along with us?

2) How much time it takes to get passport if I take appt in the passport Office in San Francisco

3) Is DS-11 only form to be filed? Any other documents required?

4) What documents are required for PIO?

We never figured out how to file for the family all at once. We don't leave near a "passport agency", so I went to several post offices. The all said that each application needs an original natz cert.

You need to file the passport form, and carefully read the accompanying documentation. What you need to include depends on your situation and that of your children.

One thing that we did find is if you and your spouse have differing last (/family) names, you should include proof that you are married with your children's applications. One of the requirements of the Child Citizenship Act is that the the child be "legitimate".
