Passport Expiry - Question

Hello,

My wife's passport expires sometime early 2006 (I think in Jan2006) (Nationality: Indian). We both are LPRs with Cards.

Does any one know what are the procedures to get a new passport/renew while staying in US?

Download the application from the Indian Counsulate (closest to where u stay), make a copy of your wife's GC, 4 photos and check and send it to the counsulate.

Is there a link to the Indian Consulate that you know about??

(I am in the East Coast)

Also, does she need to include her expired passport too??
