Passport Expiry (Pls guide Ginnu, Great Guru and Others)

I renewed my passport (old one was expiring in Jan07) which has a valid visa stamped till Aug06). Recently I changed my job and got my new I797 valid till Nov07.

Now, I am planning to visit outside the US, but I am confused whether I can re-enter US using my current visa (from old employer and on old passport) with the new passport and new I797 or I need to get new H1 stamped on the new passport before I re-enter.

Suggestions are appreciated.
 
You can take a legal advice on this one. However, my guess is you should be fine since you have a valid stamping in one of your passports.
