Here's my dilemma. My yearly H1 extension is due for stamping. I should be getting the visa stamped for another year. But my passport expires in 11 months. The embassy will not accept a request for extension more then 6 months before the expiry. Anyone know if the US consulate will stamp the visa for the entire duration and I'll just have to carry 2 passports around or if they will stamp it till the passport expiration or ?? Any inputs will be appreciated
