On the DOS Website, for H1 visa revalidation requirements, it says:
"A passport valid for travel to the U.S. and valid at least six months beyond the visa application date (including Visa Office processing time). "
- My H1 is still in TX, and it looks like it will be issued end of August (submitted end of March). My UK passport expires 4/04.
If I submit my revalidation request early September, my pasport will be more than 6 months from expiration. However, if it is not processed and returned until late November, my passport will be within 6 months of expiration.
Hpw do I interpret the part above [..."(including Visa Office processing time). "]?
Do I need to get a new passport before submitting for my visa revalidation?
