Passport Delays?

Does anyone know how long it takes for a routine passport app. to get processed? It was 3 weeks when I applied on Feb 24th but has now jumped tp 4 weeks.....

Another thread seems to indicate that there are passport delays. This is expected, considering the june 2009 deadline for the WHTI (I hope I got this right) and in general the summer travel season. It seems that processing times have grown to 4 weeks or so.
