Finally I became USA citizen.

Now I am looking at passport application. They are asking employer's name and occupation. What should I write as I am looking for a job now.

Emergency contact name. Does it has to be in USA. I don't have that close person in USA whom I prefer to use as emergency contact. Can I use my relative in my native land?

You don't have to list any, just write Unemployed. I don't think they care about this information, just needed additional information blocks to fill the application form...

You can list someone in your native country, because the idea is that if there is a terrible accident while you are on travel, US Embassy in the country can be notified and will comb through the State Dept databases for your next of kin to notify of the situation.
