Passport Application Question

I am getting ready to file for us passport. I have a question about the application form ds-11.

question 6 asks for an Alien registration number, should I provide it? i thought once you are a citizen we can no more use this number.

question 22 is asking for emergency contact: do we hav to provide a contact name or is it optional?

i am filing using expedited processinf, can anybody post their experience here. does it cost 157 dolars in total or do you add the mailing fee for express mail.

also if i file thru expedited procesing, do i have to give them a travel plan.
question 18 asks for travel plans, can i leave this blank?

I've read in another thread that even though you are a citizen, the A# number is stuck to you for life. I put my A# in the Passport application.
FYI: If you are sponsoring your immediate relatives, those forms also require you to mention your A#, although you are a USC.

Travel Plans:
When I submitted my PP app with the County office, the lady advised me to put in some tentative dates of travel, even though I didn't have any concrete travel plans.

if you are applying your passport other than making an appointment directly to one of the regional passport service centers, you do not need to provide your confirmed plane ticket(s).

I was trying to get a second opinion about the Alien number on the application and the emergency contact question...
