I imagine these questions have probably been discussed many times. I just want to make sure I understand the process.
1) If I want to apply for a passport book and and a passport card (for the first time) at the same time, how many forms (and which forms) should I fill out?
2) Which way is better: to print out an application form and fill it out or do everything online and then print a comleted form out? The latter looks faster but what if I need to add something during application review at a post-office?
3) Do I need to bring my own envelope for Nat. Cert.?
4) What is it an expedite processing? May I do it even if I do not need a passport ASAP?
