I saw this posting on Rupnet (id apsm02) as reason for RFE!?
Why would they generate RFE on I-485 if they needed passport details and/or Driver's lic. for EAD? If at all, the RFE should be generated for the application of EAD (if there is such a thing as RFE for EAD).
Would anyone like to elaborate on this.
