Passing the GC

Hi!
I heard that after you became a US citizen you have the right to give, pass your Green Card to somebody else.
Is this a true?
Are there some condition?
Where could I find out?

You cannot "pass" the green card to someone. You can process green cards for your immediate relatives such as your spouse, kids, parents, sisters etc. after becoming a US citizen.

Of course, depending on the country where you belong, the processing takes years.
