Pasport stamping expereince.

Went for passport stamping after 1485 approval. Expecting they will take biometrics, finger prints and my two photos, signature etc. It did not happened. They just stamped the passport for 6 months and let me go. Is this common.

Please give your experiences seniors. As these is eating up. Did i do some thing wrong. Also the message did not changed , it still says your case approved and we mail you the notice.

You will receive a notice about a month after your approval asking you to go give Biometrics.
I got my passport stamped and they did take the photos, fingerprint and signature. Then a month later I got a letter asking for Biometrics.
This is the new procedure and I just happened to catch them while in transition for the NSC approved people.
