AVM updated on 5/22/02 saying RFE sent for me & wife
RFE received on 5/30/02 for medicals. The doctor did not check a box in
I-693 form for both of us.

Other trivia:
1. My company always files from VSC.
2. Company attorney (American) very competent & helpful
3. Started labor once in 1999 with a different employer
but laid off before approval
4. Joined another Fortune 30 Global company. Promised to
start but delayed for 1 year without any result. So I
quit and joined this present consulting company
5. Present employer promised EB2 before joining but filed EB3
once I joined him and relocated
6. Present employer laid off in Oct 2001 but I went on
Leave of absence with medicals paid.
7. Present employer got a project again in less than 4
weeks of layoff, still working for him
8. Lawyer changed address on Dec, 01 by writing to INS
