Hi,
I am in the last stage of the GC process and waiting for my I-485 to get approved. I am still working for the company that sponsored the I-485. I am thinking of being a founding member of a start-up along with some others (mostly citizens and permanent residents). I will continue working for my current employer. Is the above legally allowed? Should I be aware of any immigration and legal issues I may violate by doing the above? Should I wait to get my GC before founding the company? Do I have to noitfy INS about this?
Thanks
