I am partner in a small 2 person company that has been around for 5 years. I recently became its partner (2 months ago).
My mother and younger sister (14 years) have an appointment for visa at the New Delhi consulate. My father works outside India and so is not available for the visa appointment
My spouse has a stable job in a large company.
My question is :
Is it ok to provide my company's information for proof of employment? Is it better to give my spouse's company information for proof of employment. In effect, what I am asking is if it is better for the spouse to be the sponsor since I
have a small company with few thousands of dollars in revenue.
What documents do I need to provide on behalf of my company if I become the sponsor?
