I have to ask.

I was not selected for the third time.

It is possible that there are certain answer in the question, if you select it, reduce your chances or downright disqualify it?

My focus is on education. I have a diploma. its something less than a degree. but there is no option in the pull down if I remember right. I can't select degree because then that would be lying. but i'm not sure if it comparable to US high school diploma (because this is UNIVERSITY 3 year diploma).

I have emailed local embassy but the reply was mere links to stuff that doesn't explain much (which I have read before).

Is picking high school diploma as your education automatically disqualify it?

While it random, does it randomize based on preferences? (focus on people with phd first to a certain %, degree to certain %, etc).

No. It is RANDOM.

The education you mention on the form is NOT used to filter cases out of the initial selection.

I am CERTAIN of this.
