parth_01945, did you get the details of the RFE? What are they?

arigsagc, thank you for letting me know your RFE arrived. Did you get emails from them? We mailed ours on Aug 3. They haven't updated our status yet. I'm so worried because our FP will expire on Aug 22. When did you do first FP?
 
I am still waiting for my RFE notice in mail.. The email says that RFE has mailed on Aug 4th 2004... I am still waiting.

Let's see. I hope i get it soon.. How long it takes to receieve the RFE in mail after the email.?

Ours were issued on 7/28 and we called our lawyer on 8/2 and they said they already got them. I guess they arrived on Saturday.

my first fp has expired a long time ago, i did my early 2fp last april 27, 2004 originally scheduled for june 2004, tried early fp at ny and thanks god it worked and i believed that led to these series of events up to rfe

Sorry about that. Did you check with your lawyer? I guess you can call INS to find out what they are asking for and prepare for it as soon as possible.

I recieved 4 emails last night saying they got our response.

Hi All,

I have changed my address on July 20 (no confirmation letter in mail yet. How long it takes??) and on Aug. 4 an RFE was issued which my lawyer hasn't received yet. Is there any relation between my change of address with my lawyer not receieving RFE notice in mail, since he received all the documentation besides the FP1 notice???

Can somebody shed some light and guide me???
