Hi:
My I485 is in final stage now, I-485 ND is Apr 07 2006. PD is 06/11/2002 EB2 China. FBI name check cleared on June 2007, Medical RFE (TB skin test) reply received by TSC on Sep 25 2007. No employer change. I expect my I485 be approved very soon.
I want to start a part-time PHD study in fall 2007 and aslo maintain full time job with my employer. I am on H1B status now. I alrady paid for the registration fee. I worried about that part time PHD study may invalid my I485 application, and want to postpone my study until spring 2008, Can I start part time study while my EB2 I485 is pending.
Thanks

You can study as long as you are working 40 hours OR however number
of hours per week mentioned in your LCA.

Good luck
