As per L1B visa guidelines, part time job/ business is not allowed. However it is not mentioned whether it is not allowed in USA or also not permitted in your country of origin. I am currently on long term assignment in USA and planning to start consultancy services to my Indian clients. Whether it is allowed? Please guide.
