Hi,
I have applied for a part time H1B visa with an employer 'A' . I have received the EAC number and am awaiting the approval notice. I have not started working for this company.
Meanwhile, I received a full time offer from another firm 'B'. Can I transfer the part time H1B (once approved, but without paystubs) to employer 'B' and then convert it into a full time H1B???
