part time H1b... need more info please help

Hi everyone,

i have been looking for the answers for part time H1b since my employer wants to apply part time H1b for me.

how many hours per week do i have to work in order to apply as full time or part time?
What is the difference of full time and part time H-1B?
When my employer can apply part time for me, am I still legally staying here just with part time H-1B status?

i hope someone out there can help me with this
 
An H1B petition and the related labor condition application (LCA) may be prepared initially for part-time employment. Part-time employment is indicated on the LCA, and, where part time is indicated, the wages must be stated on an hourly basis. If an H1B worker has a full-time H1B, and the employer wants to change the position to part-time, an LCA will have to be prepared for part-time employment, and the H1B petition will have to be amended to reflect the change in hours.
 
can you please tell me what's the difference between of these two?
and
m i able to stay here legally just with part time h1b?
