Part-time experience

I have 10 months full-time and 16 months part-time experience which I gained while I was at school working towards my MS degree. I gained this experience on CPT and part of OPT.

I need to know if I can count this full-time and part-time employment. And if I can, then how does USCIS look at part-time employment? Is part-time employment half of full-time. Meaning the 16 months of part-time employment (minimum 20hrs/week) will be counted only 8 months as full-time employment. Is this correct?

How does USCIS look at the part-time experience gained while studying full-time on F1 at the time of filing I-140. Can this time be counted towards the BS+5 years experience requirement to qualify for EB2.

Any help is appreciated.
Thanks.

HI
I also used my part time work experience which I worked for my proff in USA while doing my masters. I was lab adminstrator and it involved similar computer skill towards the labor requirements on LCA.I claimed the experience with 20 hours/week and also produced work experience letters form my professor for the same in my labor application which got approved.
