what forms are part of packet 3 ?
Is it just DS 230 I or some other forms are required.
there is so much confusing info about packet 3 on the forum.
my head is spinning.

Packet 3 in it's basic form is only DS 230 Part I + the bar coded sheet that would come with the packet.

However as I normally do, I have to repeat that, the candidate needs to follow the instructions contained in the packet . If the NVC needs to see some other documents they will be clearly indicated and one should act accordingly.
