Part 4, number 4 in I-140

Hi,
I am going to file I-140 first and I-485 in couple of weeks because of the pending medical examination results. Waht should I mark for the question (in part 4, no. 4)

Are any other petition(s) or application(s) being filed with this Form I-140
Should I mark yes for the I-485 because it will be filed in couple of weeks.

Please help.

No. You should mark "yes" only if they are mailed together in the same envelope. If you plan to file I-485 later, you'll have to wait until you get an I-140 receipt notice first - and make sure you include a copy of that notice with your I-485 package.
