Part 13 N400 application help please... Have interview on Monday

I am having the interview this Monday, July 10.

I was going through N400 application and in Question Part 13, which says

I swear(affirm) and certify under penalty of perjury under the laws of the United States of America that I know that the contents of this application for
naturalization subscribed by me, including corrections numbered 1 through _______ and the evidence submitted by me numbered pages 1 through _______, are true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief.

what does this numbering for corrections and evidences mean?

Please help as I need this info urgently.

Hello K, ?13 is just 2 verify that the all blanks u filled in r all correct, and if u made any corrections at all on the paper u swear that it is true... U have nothing to worry about... Good luck on ur interview...
 
Thanks charchamps, The interview went well and passed the test.
The officer told Letter regarding Oath will arrive within 90 days. Thanks everyone and this board is very useful.
