Parolee to H1 after AC21

Hello,

Once I travel to India and enter US on AP, my status will change to Parolee.

Before traveling to India , my H1 is valid till 2010.

Its known that my employer can again get me back to H1 with a new petition valid till 2010.

After entry into US would like to invoke AC21 to switch to another company.

Question is how do I get back to H1 from Parolee in 'change of employer' condition ?

Why not transfer the approved H-1B from your current employer?

If you want to remain on H1, go to embassy if Visa date is over, get stamping done, present visa stamp but not AP on landing, and your I94 will not read parolee, but will read H1 only
