Hi everyone....I recently returned from an overseas trip using Advance Parole. This was my 2nd trip using this document. On my latest return I was given an I-94 which has Jun 2005 as the parole expiry. My current AP expires in Nov.04 and I have a renewal appl. pending with our dear friends in Vermont. Any idea why the Parole date is for Jun 05 eventhough the AP document has an expiry date of Nov.04?
 
You have the legal status to stay till Jun 05 ( default 1 year given @ POE)
though you have AOS by which you are in status for ever

But you can re-enter US till Nov -04 in case you travel again.
 
When I made my second trip last Sep, I guess I was stamped until end of August this year. But I haven't applied for my AP #3 this year hoping to get approved. Now this brings me a fear that what if I dont get my approval before the stamped date on my passport expires? Does that mean I am out of status? What do I have to do to avoid that. Please share your thoughts

You I94 says that you are on AOS (I485 pending), which means you are legal.

My last I94 (H1B) had a date feb02, I have not travalled after dec2001..it does not mean that I did not maintain a legal status...you are fine
