Parking ticket and Oath Ceremony

So a friend was driving my car and he got a parking ticket. This happened after my interview but before my oath ceremony date. He paid off the ticket (the receipt is in his name).

Should I report the parking ticket during my oath ceremony? If yes, then what proof should I show? Also will this delay my oath ceremony in any way?

No need to report parking ticket. As you said, you did not do it, and in general with parking it could be anyone who parked ... although the ticket will come in your name.
