Does anyone know the answer to my question below?

If my parents (after receiving their permanent residency) apply for my siblings, are those application processing times going to be faster than if I apply for them instead as a sibling (My siblings are both older than 21 years and one of them is married).

Thanks for your helps in advance.

I am assumung you are a US citizen. In this case you can apply for both of them and establish a PD under category F4(as of Aug VB they are processing Sep 95, do the math for the wait).

On the other hand, your parents can only sponsor the unmarried one under cat 2B(as of Aug VB they are processing Sep 96).

You will have to ask the gurus or an attorney about keeping the PD once your parents become citizens.

Hope it helps
