My parents want to visit me to USA. My green card (consular processing) is in process and I will most probably will get interviewed at the Mumbai US Consulate in November/December for my Green Card.
Should my parents apply for their visitor visa interview AFTER my Consular Processing interview ? Will it improve their chances of getting visitor visa if I am already interviewed for Green Card ?
Does it really matter whether I am on H1B or with a GC as far as my parents' visitor visa chances are conserned?
Also, my father is working as a government officer and has No Objection Certificate (NOC) with him. Does that make my parents case more solid/weak ???
