Hello, I'm glad to find this forum,and like to discuss a question here.My parents are both about 74 years old, they tried to get B visitor visa to visit us here in U.S, but failed 3 times. The most recent one happened last year.
I guess the reason is because when I came here on B2 visa on business training 7 years ago, I didn't go back. I transferred my B2 to student visa, then H1, and now I'm in the process of Green card. All these are in legal process, and I don't think I do anything wrong, but they probably because of this, and don't give my parents the visitor visa.
My parents will surely go back, they just want to visit us about 20 days.
They are getting old now, and I want to go back to visit them when I get green card. But I also would like them to visit us once now, because they can't do it when they get older.
Any ideas and suggestions to help my parents get the visa,
