parents sponsoring green card

I am on H1B visa since Apr'2003

My brother is US citizen and parents are greencard holder and we are planning to file family based greencard petition for me and my wife. My labor was filed in Dec'2004 but not much hopeful about the whole process.

Questions:
1)Please let me know which option(brother sponsoring greencard or parents sponsoring greencard) would be faster?
2)In either option can I file I-130 and I-485 together?
3) Would it be faster than employment based greencard?

1. The only option here is your brother since your parents are green card holders and can't apply for married sons/daughters.
2. No. The first thing is that your brother petition for you (you can add your wife). The wait right now is 11 years by the visas bulleting, please check: http://travel.state.gov/visa/frvi/bulletin/bulletin_2744.html You will be set in 4th preference in Family based petitions. If your parents become USC then things change and the wait is not so long.
