Parents on H1B

hi all

I am new to this forum and this is my first time that I am going to get my H1B through normal processing.

I want to ask that my parents are so aged and I want to take them with me to USA. What kind of visa I need for them and what is the validity of that visa. Also can my parents do their work on that visa.

You mentioned they are very aged, I am curious to know as to how they can work.


Unless you bring them on work visa or green card they cannot work.
