Hello I am a US citizen and my parents are in the US on GC since Jan 2022.
We need advice on whether it would be safe for parents to travel with us for a religious ceremony for our son without them being hasseled or detained with pressure to sign I-407. Please advise.
Our situation is as follows
1. Both parents are senior citizens 70+ and were sponsored by me. GC since 2022. Will be travelling with US citizens.
2. Parents have purchase a condo paid off fully and live there separately
3. Mother works as a Teacher in preschool
4. Father is retired.
5. Insurance is through ACA market place although we will be getting insurance from mothers employer next year
