my parents are in the US. My dad is on H1B and my mom is on H4. I-485 has not been filed. I was on H4 for two years and was going to college. I went back to my home country twice in two years(1 month stay both times) and came back to the US. Now I'm 21, changed my status to F1, got I-797 and I-20. I'm going to go to my home country again, but am planning to get visa in Mexico (Matamoros) first. What are my chances to get one with parents in the US who haven't filed for GC? Also, I own some property in my country (apartment). I have documents to prove that. Please advise.
