Parents got Visitor Visa, but deferred travelling until next year, Please help!!!!

I just have a Question to the gurus!!

My parents got 10 year multiple entry visitor visa this January, 2007. But due to some unavoidable circumstances they will not be able to travel to US. They want to come to US next year, 2008 May.

Will this cause any problem when they enter to US next year?

Do I have to tell INS that they are not travellinmg this year? If yes what will be the format of the letter?

Nope, I don't think there will be any problems. The Visa is vaild for 10 years so you can use it whenever you want.
