Parents GC holder, Baby Born in India.

Hi

My wife and myself are GC holders. My wife recentlt travelled to India. She was pregant at the same time. She developed medical complications, which would force her to have the baby delivery in India.

If the case being the baby delivery in India, what is the legal status of Baby. Can the baby come to US ? If yes what would be the process ? Is anyone aware of anyone, who was in the same situation
