Hi. I am a 22 years old guy studying in USA under F-1 visa.
My mother will become a citizen next month(February 2008).
My i-130 petition was filed in august 2004 when I was 19
and was approved on august 2007.
Now I am waiting for visa number availability in F2A category.
I read a lot of information but it is still not clear to me what is going
happen when my mother become a citizen?
How can NVC update my category?
Can I immediately receive green card after she is a citizen? Does CSPA protects my immigration status benefits?
If somebody has experience in this question help me please. I will
